The Firmate team came to us as a referral, wanting a smart, sharp brand portraying their knowledge, expertise and experience. Initially they only had a brand name. So this was a fun project where we had a lot of wiggle room. They specialise in risk advice, management consulting, and framework development and application within the banking sector. Similar to other banking clients we have worked with, they were the first to contact us needing branding help. The success of this branding exercise has gained us many more client referrals.
The strength of the Trident is commonly known and dates back to ancient times. It emphasises Poseidon’s strength and wisdom. Firmate wanted to have an image that could represent their strength, wisdom, AND experience in their field. We settled on this icon of a Trident as a relevant image. The colours were taken to give the brand a corporate and professional vibe. The brighter yellow and orange work in a stark contrast to the cool grey and black. The interactivity of the website, showcasing videos which we created of Damian, managing director of Firmate, and of Melbourne itself, help visualise how Firmate able to keep up with current trends.
